NFCLYO Fall 2009 Event recap The NFCLYO 2009 Fall events: 2 nights, 18 hours, over 230 people, 91 food items and over $1,500 raised, and for many some incredible experiences! Kick-off at Lasertron and Harvest Bash at Harvest House were two amazing times this fall!  Lasertron was a blast as always, and Harvest Bash at Harvest House was taken to a whole new level thanks to the music leadership of Captive Free. Lasertron by St. John's, West Seneca

Miss out on the NFCLYO Kick-off at Lasertron this fall?  Are you the kind of person that can't get enough Lasertron action?  Here's your second helping of Lasertron this year!  St. John's Lutheran Church in West Seneca is having their own overnight at Lasertron...and is inviting everyone to come be a part of it!

It's on the night of Friday-Saturday, January 29-30 from 12-7 am.  Cost is $40 per player.  If interested, call the St. John's youth advisors: Tim at (716) 440-7248 or Ashley at (716) 867-5330 by January 17!

2010 NFCLYO Winter Day Out

Yep, it's back!  The 2010 NFCLYO Winter Day Out is an afternoon of unlimited tubing at Colden Tubing Company, followed up with a pizza and wing buffet and a just as amazing worship experience.  So be there from 2:30-8 pm on Sunday, January 31!

2010 Niagara Falls Gathering cancelled

The 2010 Synod Youth Gathering in Niagara Falls, scheduled for March 12-14, has been cancelled.  Simply put, costs would have been too high and help on the event was too low.  We apologize to any one or any group that is inconvenienced by this.

2010 Northeast Region Youth Gathering coming next summer

Still talking about the 2009 ELCA Youth Gathering in New Orleans?  Want to have a gathering experience next summer, but a little closer to home?  This is it!  The Northeast region of the ELCA (which covers all of New York, New Jersey, New England and the eastern half of Pennsylvania) has their own youth gathering the year after an ELCA Gathering...and 2010 is that year!  Head to www.youthgathering2010.org for more info on this gathering for 9-12 grades happening in West Chester, PA (outside Philadelphia) on July 22-25.

NFC Youth Ministry Network rolls on

The NFC Youth Ministry Network is a place for adult youth workers to gather to meet, have conversation, get fed (both with food and spiritually) and share stories, ideas and experiences in youth ministry.  Check out the NFC Youth Ministry Network page for more info and our schedule of gatherings...hope to see you there!
